Twenty Minute Chocolate Cake

 

Bring to boil:

2 sticks margarine and 1 cup water.

Mix: 2 cups flour          

 4 Tbs. cocoa

2 cups sugar    

1 tsp. soda

Then add: 2 eggs beaten          

1/2cup buttermilk

1 tsp. vanilla

Then add the margarine and water that has boiled.

Mix well. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes in a

9 X 13 long cake pan.

ICING

Heat: 1/2 stick margarine

1/4 cup can milk or 3 Tbs. Coke

3 Tbs. cocoa

Mix then add: 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1 cup Millican Pecan Halves

Stir until smooth. Put on cake while hot and icing is hot.
