Returns and Refunds
We are committed to providing quality products to you, so if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, simply call or email us for a replacement or refund. The following procedures must be followed to receive replacements or refunds. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is a problem with it. Contact may be made either via phone or email. Replacements will be shipped once the original order has been returned to our facility. The product needs to be mailed to Millican Pecan Company, 199 County Road 100, San Saba, TX 76877. Refunds will be made two business days following our acceptance of your refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that the order was processed on unless otherwise noted by our Customer Service team.
